Apartment sleeping 4 ideally located, close to the beach and close to the city center. Located on the 1st floor of a small residence, this 35 m² accommodation has a living room with its kitchen area and a bedroom opening onto a north-facing loggia; modern bathroom and private parking space in a closed inner courtyard, at the back of the building. Once left the car, you have access on foot to all the points of interest of the seaside resort: the sea and the beach at 300m, the quays and the town center at less than 500m. To be enjoyed without moderation!!!

The accommodation includes a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room; the living room with an equipped kitchen opens onto the balcony with its view of the beaches. At the foot of the building, you will have direct access to the town centre as well as the main attractions of the seaside resort. This beautifully equipped (air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher) fully renovated apartment has all the amenities for a pleasant stay just steps from the beaches; parking space (£8 per day, to be booked) near the building.

- Équipement de la cuisine notamment le matériel pour cuisiner (surpris de ne pas pouvoir vraiment cuisiner en l’absence de matériel indispensable : casseroles plus grandes, passoire, couteau pain, tire-bouchon correct…) c’est minimaliste si 4 personnes. - manque rangement dans le salon - manque une table de nuit dans la chambre (obligé de prendre une chaise pour faire office de table de nuit). Restons disponibles pour échanger de vive-voix. |

Le charme de la location meublé est de loger pendant une courte période dans l'appartement de personnes privées qui louent leur logement lorsqu’ils ne l'occupent pas et l'on aménagé au mieux de leur goûts et de leurs moyens. Je vais remonter les remarques que vous avez formulé pour améliorer le logement, et je ferai également un inventaire précis et corriger au besoin les accessoires manquant pour ce logement de 4 personnes. Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau.
