Our accommodation is ideally located in the highly demanded residential area of Boucanet. Only 250 m from the beach, local shops open all year round and its cinema. In summer, during peak times, you can reach your accommodation without suffering from traffic jams at the entrances and exits of Grau du Roi. You can also reach the city center on the right bank and the fishing port of Grau du Roi, or on the opposite side, go to La Grande Motte, on foot or by bike. With a beautiful 7 m² terrace, this studio has all the comforts (140 bed, beautiful fully equipped kitchen, private parking) for a successful holiday.
