Here is a detailed description of the accommodation: This compact and comfortable studio is ideal for families and couples. Located just 150 metres from the sandy beach of Le Boucanet, it offers easy access to the sea. The studio has a private 15 m² terrace to enjoy the fine weather. The interior space includes a sleeping area with a double sofa bed and bunk beds at the entrance, as well as a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and all the necessary cooking utensils. The bathroom with a bathtub completes the facilities. An outdoor private parking space is available for guests. Pets are also welcome, up to one animal per accommodation. Located right next to the beach, the studio is ideally situated for a seaside holiday. The town centre of Le Grau-du-Roi, with its shops and restaurants, is only 1.8 km away.
