The accommodation on the ground floor includes a large living room with a beautiful fully equipped modern kitchen, a veranda and a bathroom. The swimming pool (open from June 15 to September 15) is located at the back of the building, on the marina side; large secure car park with non-private spaces (not numbered); shops and restaurants very close to the residence.
